TERMS OF SERVICE

Commission Application

• You must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible to submit a commission form.• You must submit a form to be considered for commission.• Submission of the form does not guarantee a slot for commission, and slots are NOT first-come, first-served.• Reference Images must be provided for the commission; I will not work solely from the commissioner's descriptions.• If provided reference images are AI-generated, your commission request will be automatically denied.• By commissioning, you are agreeing to my Terms of Service. For commissions containing any of Pulex's work, you are agreeing to their Terms of Service as well.• The commissioner is responsible for all payments invoiced and issued by the artist. I retain the right to reject any commission request for any reason.

Content of Commission

• "Artistic Freedom" stickers are not accepted with no ideas given.• Pulex Sticker Edits commissions from me are always based on the content of the requested Pulex sticker pack, with the exception of minor line edits which can be requested for an extra charge (different hair, extra tails, etc.).• For Pulex Sticker Edits commissions, NSFW is NOT ALLOWED.• For commissions requesting linework coloring from another artist other than Pulex, NSFW content may be accepted; please note that the artists the commissioner requests may have different terms.Subjects I will not draw:Underaged Characters | Excessive Violence or Gore | Complex Machinery | Full Armor | Hateful Themes | Copyrighted Characters (e.g. Nick Wilde, Legoshi, etc.)

Communication

• Unless an exception is stated by the artist, please keep all communication related to the commission.• Upon initial contact between the artist and the commissioner, if the commissioner does not respond within the first 72 hours, the commission will be canceled.• During the commission process, if the artist's communication is ignored for 14 days, the commission will be canceled. Any refunds will be processed according to the timeline in the Refunds Section below.• Please be patient when commissioning and if waiting for a response. I am working on commissions constantly. If you would like a update on the status of your commission my Trello page is always up to date.

Payment

• All commission prices are in USD.• Payments are only processed through PayPal. All PayPal invoices will contain a transaction fee.• Prices will be quoted to you based on the commission request.• Full payment is required up-front for the commission process to begin.• Payment must be received within 72 hours of the invoice being sent; otherwise, the invoice will be canceled, and your commission will be removed.

Refunds

• If no work has started on the commission, a refund of the full upfront payment will be issued.• If the commission is in progress, a partial refund will be issued based on the time and work I have put into it thus far.• If the commission is completed, the final payment is received, and the commissioner has received the product, the legal contract between the artist and the commissioner has been concluded, and no refund will be issued.• I am not responsible for any purchase a commissioner makes from Pulex’s website.

Commission Process

The process for commissions is as follows:• The commissioner purchases and verifies the proof of purchase for the requested Pulex sticker pack. (Image showing your purchase receipt of the requested sticker pack from www.pulexart.com). I then will purchase the same sticker pack before beginning the commission.• Approval of Inking and Red-Lining (sketch of your design on sticker) of the first initial sticker. The first sticker will be finalized as a reference for the remaining stickers as part of the commission.• The remaining stickers will be red-lined and sent to the commissioner for approval before coloring.• When I have completed each step, I will send you a WIP image so you can confirm that everything up to that step is to your liking. I will not proceed to the next step unless you are 100% happy with the current step and you tell me to proceed.• When the commission is finalized, I will send you the image files to your preferred location. If the commission is a sticker pack, I will provide each sticker ready to upload, along with a sticker page displaying every sticker in the pack if you’re sticker commission contains 4 or more stickers.• You are free to request as many edits at any stage as you like, but if edits are either excessive or extensive, additional charges may apply; charges may be higher in later stages of the commission.Any questions or concerns regarding your commission can be addressed via my email [email protected] or by opening a ticket in my discord; I check both regularly.

Streaming

I reserve the right to stream my art process on Twitch.tv. Please keep this in mind before commissioning.Any and all NSFW content will NEVER be streamed on any public streaming service.

Legalities

Under U.S. copyright laws, the artist maintains all copyright to all artwork I or other artists create unless otherwise discussed. I maintain the right to use, post and promote my artwork however I see fit.All original characters belong to their creators.You may post the commissioned artwork for non-commercial non-profit purposes, but please provide artist credit. Please also provide credit to Pulex respectfully as well if your commission contains any of their work.You MAY NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial or for-profit purposed without written permission from either myself and Pulex.You MAY NOT produce and distribute the art for free (e.g. passing out physical stickers at a convention) without written permission from myself and Pulex.I do not claim ownership to any of Pulex's work. All credit containing any of Pulex's work goes to www.pulexart.com.If your commission contains any work from Pulex, you agree to any and all legalities they state.
